[After trying to trail him off the Barge, and not quite making it to a docking area before noticing the signal on his item moving up rather than a direction that he can reasonably pursue. He sounds tired, he's been searching almost since Kirk made his announcement. He knows he can't fly one of those shoe-boxes with fins and he's unwilling to get in a firefight over a peaceful planet and shoot down his inmate for many, many reasons.]
General, what are you going to do?
[He knows Chang is going to make a run for the Klingon Empire, or Qo'nos itself. Asking him what he's doing would be foolish, he knows that. But once Chang has reached his destination? What he might do in the meantime? He's rightfully concerned, having the worst sort of experience with time travel himself. Furthermore, he's here at Braxiatel's request. What sort of disappointment would he be if he were to allow a timeline to be utterly shattered?
He's going to have to go on damage control.]

My inmate has escaped the Risan atmosphere before I could catch him. If anyone wants to go after him, they can, but he's from a parallel universe to this one and has temporally sensitive information concerning the geological affects on his planet and therefore his Empire.
There is, however, little I can do about this. For one, I refuse to get involved in combat fire near the atmospheric regulators of this world. For another, I have strong indicators of genetic engineering in my DNA, which in this universe puts me in a very unfortunate position. And I have no desire to shoot down my inmate.
[But he's irritated. And he has to finally come to grips with a realization that's slowly been setting in.]
I have every intention of taking Jim Kirk to Zero for commandeering the Barge, taking my inmate to a universe where he could manipulate the timestream, and allowing him to leave unaccompanied by his warden. I would appreciate some non-lethal equipment.
OOC: He won't actually be the one to catch Kirk, but he is going to tool up and head out. This post can be spammed off of.
